Bulk billing is available to patients holding a valid Medicare card. Consultations are bulk billed to Medicare wherever possible.
Exceptions may apply in some situations, including work-related injury matters, employment-related medical assessments, statutory reports, insurance-related consultations and some travel-related consultations.
If a third party such as WorkCover or TAC is responsible and an accepted claim is in place, the insurer may be billed directly where appropriate documentation is available.

Test results may be discussed at a follow-up appointment or, by prior arrangement, may be provided during business hours by telephone or email.
If symptoms persist despite test results being understood as normal, please arrange a review appointment.
