Hampton & South Medical Clinic is a general practice located at 4 Willis Lane, Hampton.

The clinic is a solo GP practice with Dr Michael Daly as the practising GP, supported by Monica, Registered Nurse, on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Experience and qualifications

Dr Michael Daly graduated with MB BS from the University of Melbourne, followed by internship at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. He has undertaken a broad range of postgraduate training including Evidence-Based Practice at Monash University, graduate studies at Swinburne University, and further postgraduate studies in Integrative Medicine.

His postgraduate training has included areas such as:

  • Evidence-based medicine
  • Integrative and nutritional medicine
  • Mind-body medicine and mindfulness
  • Musculoskeletal medicine
  • Rehabilitation and chronic disease care

Dr Daly has also worked as a Research Fellow in the Department of General Practice at the University of Melbourne, and maintains active use of clinical databases and current medical literature to support evidence-based decision making.

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr Daly brings a thoughtful and measured approach to patient care, particularly in the management of complex or chronic conditions.

She is listed as working on Wednesdays and Thursdays and previously worked at the Royal Melbourne Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Cardiology.

Getting here

The clinic is about 50 metres from Hampton Railway Station and opposite the 708 and 828 bus services.

There is parking in the adjacent council car park and Disabled Parking Access inside the main roller door. Please call when approaching the clinic so we can be ready at the roller door to let you in.
