Enquiries about becoming a patient at Hampton and South Medical Centre are welcome, and are best directed to Monica the Registered Nurse.

Being a solo GP clinic, the focus is on continuity of care with patients who wish to regularly attend. There are limited resources to care for patients who regularly attend at other clinics, and we encourage patients to call and ask to speak with the respective practice manager if their usual clinic is unable to care for them

Please bring as much medical documentation to the first appointment as possible; contact will be made with previously consulted GPs, specialists or hospitals where necessary for more information.

Enquiries must come from the adult person actually needing the appointment, unless the patient is a minor who is under parental care.
